Utterly charming and beautiful farmhouse in the middle of an olive grove and adjacent to a vineyard. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Large and comfortable bed. Windows open onto the vineyard and olive groves. Breakfast is generous, easy to help oneself while being left in privacy. Emanuella is a warm and welcoming host who speaks English fluently. Really enjoyed the peace, tranquillity and nature. Flowers, bees and cats everywhere. 2 minute drive to Farnese, a unique and very old town with fascinating architecture and some great places to eat. Loved this place, highly recommended for a true farmstay experience.

Extremely well-kept, tidy and genuine villa. Friendly and warm atmosphere. Lovely to wake up with birds chirping and lamb bells tolling. Had a very delicious and plentiful dinner. Warm thanks to Francesca and her family.

Our room, the pool.
The breakfast.
The location is fine. There are some restaurant nearby and nice villages.
Staff cordial and well briefed. Restaurant a la carte and food excellent! Our daughter of twelve found the menu a bit fussy for her age but they provided us with the option of a simple spaghetti with tomato sauce which she was very happy with. The wine which is their own produce was very good...and very reasonably priced for a hotel ( 20 Euros ).
Overall a lovely experience with comfortable beds, a nice outside pool and a very tastefully designed spa with sauna, hammam and a pool with water jets. Would definitely recommend!
Great B&B in Southern Tuscany. Our host was friendly and super accommodating. She went to great lengths to help us make a dinner reservation. The b&b was situated in a vineyard setting. The room was spacious and the breakfast was first rate. We would happily stay here again if we ever found ourselves in Farnese.
The location was right in the middle of a charming ancient village. The deck where breakfast was served was lovely. The owner was helpful and friendly and got us dinner reservations the night we arrived. Farnese is a perfect place to stay when you are heading back to Rome or exploring that part of Italy.
We loved the hanging out in the pool, the delicious dinner at the restaurant on site and most of all the availability of the staff.
On top of this, the hotel is well positioned to explore the Tuscia and its villages like Tuscania.
