The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Anna and Erica on reception. We had a good clean and spacious room with a sea view and comfortable bed. The restaurant was upmarket and the food and service very good.

We stayed 2 days at Mama apartment and Margarita welcomed us in lovely way.The location is close to everything you need and just few minutes from the train station to Palermo.The people in Ficarazzi are friendly too.Its definitely a place to stay when you in Palermo.

Breakfast was unusual and good. The size of the room was generous and its general layout was good. The presence of a kettle and some accessories for making a hot drink were well received.
