I've stayed at this hotel many times and have always had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Most speak very good English, which is always a bonus. The Housekeeping team are a real delight and always clean the room to a very high standard.

Very helpful friendly staff. The property is new and well maintained. It’s a working farm with a beautiful farmhouse in local cream-coloured stone built around a central courtyard.
Breakfast of pastries and local cheeses was delicious.

Everything. 😍 Ambience, surroundings - olive trees, flower fields and vineyards, backyard and terrace, sweet dog, chickens and cat. Domenico and Laura were so, so, sooooo kind, helpful and friendly. Domenico is full of tips and suggestions how to enjoy the area best and will give you a bunch of advise.
Breakfast was delicious - freshly baked pastries 🍰 - yum! And a special touch was serving the breakfast on the terrace. For me that was a perfect way to start the day. With the birds and the sun. 🌞
We had a fantastic time and felt so sad when we had to leave and would love to come again.

*If you come to Puglia and have car - this is a perfect place for you. Location makes day trips to different places very easy. For us was super convenient. 👌

The Etruscan site at Mount Sannace is a wonderful place to visit, very well signposted in English and absolutely fascinating. A companion visit to the Castello and the Archaeological museum in Gioia itself is extremely worthwhile. The exhibits are fabulous. It's an original and unpretentious little town not overrun by tourists, but quite charming.

It’s where the Primitivo grape was first planted and has a charming town centre. The outskirts are a bit industrial but it’s a genuine, working place. The countryside around is vineyards and olive groves. There are a few excellent little restaurants in the town. Within 10 minutes I stood in the kitchen with their own wine learning how to make focaccia italian style! The b&b has a couple of rooms and because of that you can see that they put their focus on creating the best experience for their guests. It is central located in puglia if you want to visit matera, ostuni etc and at the end of the day you can relax by the pool. Definitely an experencie that you can GET at a hotel! Thank you guys!
