The location was great for us as we were doing some excursions that involved going to the train station (Santa Novella), which was only about 8 minutes away. It was also close to main attraction and had good restaurants nearby. Osteria Pastella along the road was amazing, but you must book before you get there! The hotel has been modernised, big rooms and has a great pool and provide a great breakfast

It was clean, but a bit old, the photos can be misleading as it looks new. Value for money is okay, there's better places to stay with this amount

Location is superb. We wanted to stay close to the train station and this hotel is 10 mins easy walk to the main station. The city center too is an easy 20 minutes walk. Restaurants and shops are closeby. The staff was also very helpful.
