Close to the beautiful park, a 15 minutes to the city centre by walking. Close to the central railway station. There are parking places in the city blue zone, free of charge for the guests, even thou sometimes it is not easy to find the place.

A foodie heaven, affluent Modena is also a petrolhead paradise, as Italy’s most prestigious supercars are crafted in and around the city. The three-pronged Maserati logo proudly marks their Modena headquarters, while a museum in Cittanova to the west houses vintage vehicles.

Cozy feel in the Center—cobblestones, porticos, Mercato Albinelli, Enzo Ferrari Museum, incredible food, particularly Uva d’Oro restaurant (went to dinner there twice as it was so enjoyable) and Sant’Agostino three times for late afternoon aperitivi.

This was a really lovely city with an extensive pedestrian town centre. The Duomo is a highlight, the covered market is charming (it re-opens in the evening with a variety of what seem like pop-up restaurants) and the very grand town hall was worth a visit. You are spoilt for choice for restaurants - we liked Stallo Pomodoro and Da Danilo for dinner- both had outside terraces, and for lunch, Aldina, a very traditional no frills trattoria on the first floor near the market. Blums, a prize-winning gelateria, served the best ice cream I had on this trip.

Really a treat, Modena deserves to be better known.
Really a treat, Modena deserves to be better known. A beautiful and walkable city, with magnificent food, good and variegated shops, and did I mention the magnificent food? The Galleria Estense is an excellent museum (with all information in Italian and English). Opening hours for churches are a bit intransparent (and not always kept), but the city is definitely worth a trip!

A beautiful town not overrun by tourists or tourism, with good restaurants, lovely sites, and extremely well kept buildings. It is easily walkable (no tourist cars in the center). If there was something to avoid, I could not find it.
A very nice boutique hotel. very clean The room is modernly designed, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. The location of the hotel is excellent - three minutes walk from the center of Modena. The only problem (which really bothered me) is that the room is very small and the closet (which is built in the form of a drawer that opens from the wall) is very useless. Because the wardrobe is not useful we had to leave all the clothes in the suitcases and it was very inconvenient.
Hotel is extremely well situated in central Modena. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Very central location - all is within easy walking distance. It was easy to find hotel on arrival due to clear directions from Hotel - needed due to the restrictions for cars entering the inner city limits...access is via a certain street only. Parking was possible in the hotel garage which is in same street. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment upon that.
Good hotel car park, easy to find and far enough out of Modena not to be overloaded with traffic. Hotel in a side street so very quiet. Easy to drive off around the area from the hotel and for Modena city centre there is a bus stop less than 2 mins from the hotel, which cost 2 euros and you can use contactless. Many restaurants nearby but the food can be quite similar with little variation. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Very functional stay, everything via WhatsApp. The room is clean and sufficiently big, modernised bathroom with perfectly working shower, small balcony. Fast and stable WiFi (unlike many other places in Italy!). There is also a kitchen with coffee machine and all you need for a small breakfast. Parking space on precinct. Public transport in walking distance.
What a gem! Beautiful hotel - with some of the best espresso we had in Italy. Breakfast was plentiful and high quality - the room was stylish, and the location was perfect for both taking a bus into the Modena city center or driving out to experience the bounty of Emilia Romagna. Absolutely would return, and highly, highly recommend.
The rooms were gorgeous with a full marble bathroom. Breakfast was perfect with both Italian & American options. A short walk to the train station was very convenient for our stay for a convention we were attending in Bologna. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was excellent and we tried our first real Modena balsamic there!
The location of the hotel is perfect and close to a lot of things you'd like to see.
The room we stayed in was cozy and nice, with a view to the street. And the bed was comfortable:)
The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
In general, we wouls choose this place for our next stays in beautiful Modena.
excellent location minutes from the Modena historic center. the staff were friendly and helpful, and arranged secure parking for my motorcycle and a last minute reservation at an excellent location restaurant. the hotel is simply furnished but is just what was needed for a trip of this type.
A perfect boutique hotel. It is in a great location, very pretty building. The rooms were well appointed and the manager was incredibly friendly, communicated with us before arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
Super friendly and kind host Paolo made our stay pleasant and perfect in Modena. The rooms are in great shape and top clean. One big plus is the wall box charger for cars.
Most important: The best breakfast we had in Italy so far.
We choose this B&B because the close distance to both Modena as Maranello as we were visiting the Ferrari and Lamborghini museums.
The owner was very nice and helpfull.
Very clean room.
Comfiest bed ever in a B&B or hotel.
The hotel is very new and modern. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. WiFi is on international standards. Large breakfast buffet with good choice of all kind of food.
Definitely the best place in Modena we met.
Good Breakfast, clean Breakfast Area. Lots of Parking space, hence no real Restaurant available and the Hotel is really outside of town, so either you need to catch an expensive Taxi or have a car with you.
Very friendly host . Breakfast with local specialities. Nice clean rooms. It is an an old farm house and they still age balsamico (20 years) in the attic. Close to the center of Modena
Lovely, quiet place with free private parking. Very clean, the rooms were big and comfortable, and the breakfast was the best we had in Italy. Local delicacies and homemade cakes.
Huge Parking Space. Quiet and surrounded by Nature. Amazing (and I mean seriously amazing breakfast). The Coffee is exceptional by Hotel standards. Big rooms
