I stayed in a place (apartment) that smelled quite bad on entry. The apartment was on the last floor with no lift access. It wasn’t anywhere near the centre. Went for a walk to get some food. Everything was closed. Lucky after a very long walk to find a pizza place. The shower was so small you could move much without hitting the very poorly installed plastic doors. Very disappointed.

Warm and welcoming, spoke good English, tremendous attention to detail. Didn’t like the stairs as we need to take dogs outside at difficult times day and night, however, we coped ok. The little balcony was perfect. The breakfast was excellent catering for all tastes.KarenFrance

The location is on the edge of town which was good for us as it is only a few 100m from the cycle path. We were to tired to go far for diner so ate in the restaurant. It has reduced menu due to covid restrictions only serving to hotel guests. It was reasonable price (20€ 3 courses plus water and glass of wine) and ok if you were hungry cyclist. The decor is quirky and makes a nice change from cramped, bland hotels of this price . The staff were very friendly and hospitable. It's a short walk into the centre and right next to carrefour which is great for stocking up for your onward car journey . You can park on the street for free or there is a car park for a small charge. It's very dog friendly.

Very comfortable, with rooms with a lot of space and beautiful decoration. Great location, 10 minutes walk from the train station, right at the entrance to the historical center and a beautiful park nearby. Also Novara is a amazing city, really glad we spent some time there! Its was wonderful to feel at home away from home here!
