Such a welcome from the owners when we arrived. We had a large room with pkenty of space. Also had beautifull 4 course meal in the evening

The staff were really helpful and friendly and went above and beyind to ensure we were looked after. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. We were able to park and the location was ideal for us.

    This is a beautiful historic property, with owners who are obviously taking great care to maintain a vintage feel in the restoration. The garden and grounds are peaceful and well-maintained; the dining room is impeccably clean, and onsite breakfast is fabulous. Though as others have said, I do not think this qualifies as a 4-star hotel, it is a charming property with classic character and grace. The staff were very accommodating, and their kind service made up for any lapses. I did experience an issue with the maintenance of my room, which took some time to address. It unfortunately meant losing a day of intended relaxation, without a possibility to extend - so I was unable to visit the pool and spa facilities. That said, I will absolutely return to this location in future, and look forward to experiencing all they have to offer.

    It is a very old hotel, but everything was well maintained.

    It is a very old hotel, but everything was well maintained. Some people are attracted to this, others not. My stay was in the winter for business. So I was not using the wellness. I think it has more appeal in the summer. Riolo Terme is a very small city and restaurants, and other things are limited. The restaurant in the hotel was not great. Breakfast was OK for me, but it is better in some other hotels with a star less. Personnel is very friendly and you can park the car close by. I was mainly driving in the dark, but for what I saw, the landscape is very nice.

    We were at this hotel for a business visit to the race track in Imola. This hotel served us perfectly for this trip as it was a easy 15 minute commute each day, there was parking and the owners offered a very friendly welcome. The breakfast was offered at a time to suit us and there was a decent range of quality food and nice coffees. The room was very clean, quite basic but offered everything that we needed for our stay.

    The hotel is located in a nice place, close/ across the street to the Therme. The Therme has a nice park and forest to walk around/ hike. Nearby the hotel there are famous traditional restaurants that serve delicious high quality italian foods. Ask the hotel reception desk for suggestions and help to reserve in advance tables in the restaurants. The hotel is close to the IMOLA racing area.

    The hotel's atmosphere and furnishings are very special. It is more beautiful than in the pictures. The small town is very lively. There are many program options in the area (cycling, hiking, sightseeing, etc.), but if you just want to relax, you can go out on the lovely terrace to sunbathe.

    The Staff are just incredible. Matteo!!! Legend. The food, off the hook. I honestly can't wait to go back. These folks welcome you and treat you like family. I couldn't recommend this place more. Definitely eat at the hotel and get to know the staff. They're just wonderful.

    The staff is very friendly. I received a nice delicious fruit plate for my stay. The hotel is nicely situated right in the town center, so probably you can enjoy a view (if you don't mind people screaming and smoking underneath your window).

    awesome hotel crew. to be honest the hotel is kind of an aged grand hotel but the exceptional staff made it one of our best stays on our Italy journey. Everybody was super kind, nice family atmosphere.

    The owners and staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble from ordering taxis to ordering pizza and providing local information. The hotel is in a beautiful scenic location.

    The lady at check in desk has been so kind. Hotel is aged, but in very good conditions. Very clean. Room is well aligned with the money. Breakfast good. Really enjoyed the kindness of the staff.
