This apartment is in a secluded place away from civilization. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is for you. We absolutely loved the view - you can see the whole valley with a castle on top, below you is an olive orchard and you can hear bells of grazing cattle. The apartment is large, there is a bedroom, a spacious living room, a kitchen, bathroom and a lovely terrace. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Location is great for exploring Cilento, as well as the coast. In about 25 minutes by car you can reach Paestum and local beaches. The village of Rutino is about 1,5 km away - we walked there twice to see a local festival. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Lovely tranquil location with a fantastic pool. The hotel had a calming restful feel. Very clean-in fact our room was cleaned daily. Excellent friendly staff where nothing was too much trouble. Stayed in a spacious family room with Juliet balcony with two bathrooms and a sea view. An easy less than 10 minute drive to Agropoli and the coast. The owner was very helpful with suggestions and maps of local attractions.

An absolutely amazing place. It's a beautiful castle on top of a hill which has been recently authentically renovated. The place was magical, and we had it to ourselves. Superb staff who went above and beyond to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

I have memories of the fine pensiones in Italy in the 60s. This was that place in the 21st century. Plus a restaurant kitchen and staff for the decades. I thought Agropoli would be "out of the way". This is the way.
