Excellent apartment and the nicest host. The location is in a lively suburb on a pedestrian street, but there is enough on-street parking. Nice neighbourhood with easy tram access to the centre. The rooms are quite big, beds are pretty comfy and the kitchen is fitted with everything needed. Despite it is not quite new, the apartment is very clean and well maintained. Giada is a super helpful host, giving additional advice with a smile and good attitude.

Great location, very each to reach Florence by tram T1. A real lived in apartment. We found the place very comfortable for 2 people. Communication with the host and check in was super easy. Sophie was kind enough to allow late check in. Would love to come back again.

The terace and kitchen were big and we liked it and also the area is quiet but on the weekend there is a pizzeria nearby and you may hear people talking and laughing but it didnt bother us. The public trabsportation is easy to use and pretty close.
The rooms are big and the bed very comfortable. Clean apartament. We love it

Birds all around - very peaceful. very nice staff and lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty.
