Everything was great. Simona is very attentive to all her guests, the breakfast is super. The animals at the yard are cute. Simona even made us a small gift at the checkout despite the fact that our stay was only 1 night.

Me and my wife stayed for 6 nights in January: our experience has been fantastic. The house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature. The position is great as it allows you to visit 3 different regions: Tuscany (Pienza, Montepulciano..), Lazio ("Parco dei Mostri" in Bomarzo) and Umbria (Orvieto). The family is very nice and attentive to every need of their guests since the very first moment after booking (Samuele is responsive on whatsapp; he has been very helpful multiple times answering to our questions). The room is very nice and comfortable, with everything that you need. Breakfast is also very good! To sum it up: lovely staying, at a lovely family, in a wonderful region! We will strive to come back in the future!

After a 5 few days in an agriturismo in Tuscany, we switched to a hotel feel.
We had a very comfortable stay at fonte living. Nice attention to detail and luxury during our stay.
We were upgraded to an apartment by our amazing host Micheale which had amazing views and a nice seating area on the balcony where you can have your morning coffee that you can make for yourself using the provided coffee machine in the kitchen.
Well laid out, Super comfortable bed and spacious apartment with separate areas (Dining, Study, Fully fitted kitchen).
Fonte living is located in a small town of San Casciano dei Bagni, which is known for its quaint and quiet feel. There is only a couple of restaurants. So there is not much around. However do not be surprised if you see a celebrity or two known to frequent the famous restaurant (Restaurant Daniela).

There were some of the places where you can do outdoor bbq. And it seemed like a public place. And the village itself was quiet and scenery from it is typical Tuscany view.
