This was a great location with easy drives to Lago Braies (30 min) and Tre Cime (one hour). The town itself was small, but filled with restaurants and shops. The views were beautiful. And while we played golf at Alta Badia (one hour drive and best views), there is a golf course right around the corner from this hotel that looks pretty great as well. The area was a great home base to go to many different popular sites.AAnonymousIreland

The staff at the hotel, especially the lady at the front desk was so friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They even gave the kids little robes 💚 Our room was upgraded and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable for a family of four. The spa and swimming pool was amazing! The hotel is very accommodating and the rooms are spacious and well thought out for parents with small children which we really appreciated. The women at the Kids Club are terrific, it was the first time we have left our 2 year old in the care of others and we felt very reassured. The hotel is also a quick 20 minute drive from the beautiful Lake Braies. There are plenty of nice walks just outside as well. Spa is lovely as well.

The location was also the best around Kronplatz - very close to the station but at the same time felt almost isolated (there wasn’t much noise outside).
