I can't recommend this place more! Dana offers some of the best hikes in Jordan and breathtaking sceneries. Hazem, Salem and the rest of the family are the nicest people and help with everything, from organising hikes to making everything possible for an amazing and pleasant stay. You can watch incredible sunsets everyday from the rooftop. Definitely something to not miss out on your travels through Jordan. I'll be back for sure! Thank you so much for everything!!

We loved our stay here. It is a family run business and they took great care of us. The wife of the owner cooked all our meals (she is a fabulous cook), and they even gave us a pack lunch to bring on our hike. They have been in the area for awhile and know all the best guides and trail recommendations. My Grandfather's House is a beautiful place at the end of small village Dana run by owner Waleed. It's nicely decorated property with beautiful rooms and good facilities including free washing machine, as well as garden overlooking the mountains. Waleed provided us homecooked breakfast and dinner in the traditional style, and organised amazing hiking in the mountains. Everything is reasonably priced and we enjoyed staying at his guesthouse

Mohammed is a very nice owner and staff are forthcoming. The location and view from the rooms is astonishing - we loved watching the sunset from bed and waking up to the beauty of Dana's main valley at the break of day. The village has been abandoned and then rebuilt as a hotel. It sits above a valley and has a stunning view that goes all the way to the Dead Sea. The very friendly Musaad made sure that everyone felt welcome and helped. He also set up a guide for our trip to the nearby Sela' fortress, which is a very interesting Nabataean site. A beautiful spot away from the crowds of tourists, a chance to see the real Jordan.
