Every day the hotel provided clean yukata, towels and amenities (toothpaste, body towels, q-tips, tea, coffee, cups), every third day the room was cleaned.
The bathroom is small but it has a bathtub that fits ~180cm European male. Water from the tap is drinkable. Body gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
A few floors have washing machines near the elevator, it takes about 2 hours and costs 500 yen to wash and dry your clothes (awesome).
Nearby this hotel is a lot of places to eat, including McDonald's across the road. I can recommend Gyu-Kaku - yakiniku place, Yayoiken for more classical japanese type food and Matsuya for awesome japanese curry!
Also, Rikugien Gardens is a very beautiful park not crowded with tourists and is located about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is located within 5mins walk from Otsuka station. There are alot of eating places around the area as well. The hotel has a map of all the things you can do around the hotel area in the lobby.
The staff were very nice and helpful. There is also automatic check in machines there for you to do the check-in and check-out.
The room was nice and comfy. The bed were very comfortable as well. Do note that it might get a little cramped when climbing the stairs up to the beds.

Walking distance of about 9 minutes from Nippori station. Our rooms were spacious, but I did book the larger rooms considering how small most Japanese hotel rooms are. Everything was clean and well organized. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
