We chose the hotel for its location snd it fid not disapoint. Next to Nsmba station snd only 10 min from the heart of Dotonibori. Room gave us all we needed at a very good rate.

Location is amazing, very close by to Namba station, food market and shopping area. They offer free storage for the luggage during check in and check out days and paid storage (200 yen/night) for other days which is convenient if you want to store some of your luggage here.
We stayed twice here, first we booked 2 nights and because we went to Hokkaido for a few days and didn’t want to take all the luggage with us, we stored it here and decided for convenience purposes to spend 1 extra night during return - which we later regretted. When we checked in the first time (room 507) we realised there is mold on the ceiling and we requested to have our room changed, especially because I was pregnant. The staff was nice, changed our room and even acknowledged that this has been reported by others previously. When we booked one more night for our return, we specifically asked to have a room that doesn’t have mold and the staff put a note in the system. To our surprise when we checked in, the ceiling in the room (409) had mold, not as bad as the previous room but still. For this reason I am giving a bad rate which is pitty because location is fantastic.
