The location to everything was perfect - a supermarket across the street along with a subway and JR train station! The bakery near the reception desk was 10 out of 10! Lots of great food options all around! The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff very attentive! We upgraded to the Premier Lounge and we are so glad we did - great value!

Another great place to stay. Excellent staff and facilities - breakfast options not as good as Kyoto though. Lift access was a bit average sharing with mall but close to train, food, restaurants, shops, and the best cake shop right downstairs. Big spacious rooms and excellent bathroom facilities.
