The staff are rude and less than helpful but the actual stay itself was very good.

Nice modern hotel in a great location. Convenient to nice bars/restaurants and also 2 minute walk to the nearest metro stop. Room was small but as expected in Japan. Hotel staff were always friendly and upbeat.
