Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing! Welcoming and kind and helped me with everything I needed. Even more than that, the guesthouse owner suggested to take me to a place I wanted to go in their car without asking for anything in return. They showed me the beautiful places of Otaru and because of them I had an amazing experience! :D I definitely recommend Wa No Kaze for everyone who comes to Otaru and Hokkaido!
