What a lovely stay! The facilities, room, decor and service were amazing. We were situated right next to Shinsaibashi and everything was so convenient. The staff even gave us free breakfast vouchers and it was absolutely yummy. We will definitely come back here if we were to visit Osaka again!

Close to universal studios so we could walk back after a big day. Friendly and efficient staff that greeted us and were happy to show the children the big fish tank at checkin, which made it sonic easier after a big day of travel. Organised all our bag forwarding needs. Nice little restaurant, plus snacks available for takeaway.
