It was so spacious and warm with heaters and some covers for your deck privacy away from other tents, there were free drinks for at least 4-6 hrs which was really good including alcoholic drinks plus a tennis court nearby both outdoor and indoor, the big campfire with marshmallows was a plus! Staff even got me birthday cake, super friendly!

The staff were really friendly and most importantly really empathetic, not just they noticed i have a double booking, they took the initiative to go all out to booking.com to cancel the extra booking. It is so heart warming to know that they have went to such extra mile to help their guest. Unfortunately I also have a medical emergency during my stay, the front desk did their best to try to communicate with me, their assistance had meant alot to me and i will always remember such kindness especially in critical moments.
