Very responsive and English, French-speaking family members that advised us on many aspects of our stay. Excellent food, family-friendly and secure place, clean rooms, we will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Not only did he assist with hotel booking, but he also helped us finalize a full-day trip around Issyk-kul and arranged a private mini-bus for us. His son, Azirek, was equally helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our trip special. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and warm – perfect for the cold weather outside. Lovely property! Very friendly and helpful owners! Room is very clean and has everything you need : washing machine, AC, TV , WIfi , first aid kit, kitchen kit…. One double bed and a sofa, so perfect for a family of 3 people. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend, true to price !
