I’m no stranger to nice hotels, but this place really impressed me. Super friendly staff at every turn, beautiful rooms and a quite astounding rooftop park and swimming pool. No astro turf in sight - mature trees, beautifully maintained lawns, hedges and specimen plants, an unexpected skywalk bridge, spas and jacuzzis with a blend of privacy and dizzying outlooks, gorgeous outdoor lounges with curtains, a steam room that comes to temperature in 5 minutes. Everything functioning perfectly. And a wealth of venues tucked away here and there, outstanding Chinese restaurant, but omg, the evening buffet at the Tide Restaurant just blew my mind. A level of quality and presentation that I associate with high end a la carte rather than buffet. And all at the cost of an Australian pub meal. A must try experience. My congratulations to the small army it must take to put this on every night. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting to treat themselves to something special.

This is a great hotel but located in Negombo near the Airport. We were traveling for the first time to Colombo so we thought that the hotel was in Colombo. However, the facilities were great, the hotel was beautifully built, very good restaurants and a great staff. They also arranged for a airport drop at 3 am in the morning.
