It is in the middle of nowhere. The area is the residential area, not for the tourist. The apartment is difficult to find. Even the Uber could not find it so that he had to drop us on the street. It took us more than 20 minutes to find the place.
The good points are sea view which is very far far away, the small pool, and the kitchen. The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the dining and the living areas are not 4 stars, not even 3 stars.

Lovely modern room. Very comfortable bed and duvet provided, which was essential for me, as some hotels don't provide warm bedding during summer months. Location was in Gzira, 15 mins bus drive away from Valetta, which was great, with plenty public transport available. Our room selected was with sea view, which overlooked the marina, and again this was pretty with small balcony. Breakfast was included, which was a full English buffet, and to be honest, this was nothing special and even on the bland side.

Breakfast really good quiet pool room cleanliness great
It is a great location to travel from.
We visited Marsaxlokk, Valletta and Mdina, on the other days we discovered different beaches. We found tourguides in Valletta and Mdina, this was the best way to learn about the history of Malta and the city.
My favourite beach was at Ghadira Bay, Mellieha Beach Bay - really shallow water but extemely clean.
Second favourite beach was the Golden beach, ideal for watching the sunset.
We did a day trip to Gozo and the Blue lagoon by boat- that was not the best organised program, the waiting times were too long and not enough time to enjoy the program.
Beautiful island, with interesting history.
