Lovely modern room. Very comfortable bed and duvet provided, which was essential for me, as some hotels don't provide warm bedding during summer months. Location was in Gzira, 15 mins bus drive away from Valetta, which was great, with plenty public transport available. Our room selected was with sea view, which overlooked the marina, and again this was pretty with small balcony. Breakfast was included, which was a full English buffet, and to be honest, this was nothing special and even on the bland side.

The staff are amazing, really. Every single staff member I passed or spoke to were genuinely polite and helpful and were doing a really fantastic job. This was definitely a highlight for me and made our stay feel special.
The range of facilities is really great.
We were 1 adult and 2 children.
We enjoyed the spa which I didn’t expect to be able to do with my girls so we were very happy, and so many pools and chill areas to choose from. We loved it.

Zejtun is not purely a tourist town or resort. It largely consists older, traditional residential areas for Maltese people. I think that makes it more interesting and it is a very historical area, the oldest inhabited part of Malta I believe which is reflected in the many fine old buildings.
It's great to explore and due to it's size not difficult to get round on foot, just don't get lost in all those tiny streets and alleyways and if you do the local people are very freindly and approachable, english is also widely spoken.
