The moment we arrived, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel made us feel right at home. The property exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcomed and at ease as if you are staying in the comfort of your own country home. The decor and furnishings seamlessly blend rustic, traditional elements with modern amenities.
The entire staff, from the front desk to the gardeners, greeted us with genuine, warm smiles that gave us the feeling of being part of a family. During our stay, I had a minor incident where I hurt myself, but the care and attention the staff showed me was truly remarkable. They ensured I received the necessary medical attention and followed up with me regularly, making me feel valued and important to them.
