The food in the restaurant is nice and delicious. Do recommend their meal in the restaurant. Good offer as well. The swimming pool and gym are nice and clean. The bed is comfy as well. The room is clean.

Was able to check in late at about 10pm. When we checked in, there was a sign saying NO MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE but thank GOD we booked. Room was simple. No windows for us. But it was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. The bed was just nice. The only complaint is that the PILLOW was SO HARD. Breakfast was simple local Nasi Lemak and Roti Canai style with sweet kopi and teh. But even the dining area was Clean and Tidy. No issue for the limited choices as the hotel was in the middle of town with many eating places.

I love the facilities provided by the owner especially the kitchen utensils. The location is also easy access to desaru. Lobby downstair provided with a vending machine if we're feeling hungry for the supper. The owner also provided some 3-in-1 drinks sachets like tea and mineral drinks. Easy to get the key.

1) It was at a quiet but safe location, within a compound managed by a team of security officers. 2) Easy check in. 3) The unit is clean, spacious and relatively new. 4) A short 3-min drive, there are some eateries and laundry services, albeit within the developing neighbourhood. 5) It is also a short drive to various places like Desaru Fruit Farm, Tanjung Balau Beach and the town area of Bandar Penawar. If you need a new, clean and big unit in quiet neighbourhood (fully air-conditioned too), you may consider this.
