Staff we spoke to were very polite, able to help with our enquires and really efficient. Pool and steam room/sauna were definitely a bonus - good supply of towels and excellent facilities. I felt that it was good value for money. Also liked the fact that I felt our bikes were secure. Location was good for where we needed to be and wanted to go - easy ride into town on the bike too and in a quiet area.

Staff were generally friendly after some initial concerns about breakfast times.
Buses stopped right outside. Very convenient for Keukenhof and the tulip fields but little else nearby - no shops or restaurants.
There is a fridge available for guests to use but no one told us about this - we found it by chance.

Fresh, Clean, High Ceiling makes big, Owner/ Staff, Location, Vibe, plus most complete and served breakfast included.
The accommodation was very poor. Very dangerous stairs to get to the room and had to use them to get to the toilet area. Was a hazard at night. Shower was in another area and kitchen area was very disorganized and appliances didn’t work.
No help with luggage and had to climb stairs to take it to room.
Sitting area was the cafe area with wooden chairs. Breakfast was poor. There is absolutely no place to eat in the village and need to take a bus to find a place to eat. The attached cafe is only open Sat and Sunday. No directions supplied to walk from bus stop to
