Staff were professional & friendly. It was great that there were no children. The hotel garden outside the Wellness was pretty and relaxing. Fragrance of the soap was pleasant and the flavours of the teas on offer in the Wellness were delicious. The air-conditioning in the room was good and the coffee in the room was very tasty and of quality that is expected at a hotel of this nature It is great that there are separate swimming pools for the Wellness and non-Wellness. Sauna and steam-room were great.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and all the food was very good. I really liked having the large work surface and desk chair in the room. Most of the facilities were adequate but sparse. The room was quiet and easy to access to the dining room.
