This is among the most charming hotel I have ever stayed in. The building is old but perfrectly refurbished and the rooms were full of furniture with character. The window opens to the fjord and in the mornings and evenings, the cliffs are reflected on the water. We were upgraded from a small cabin to a larger one at no extra cost, for no apparent reason - I suspect the landlady (the nicest and friendliest landlady we have ever encountered) let us have a bigger cabin just because she didn't have any bookings for them at the time! Good, clean facilities and scenery to die for!
