Reception upon arrival was excellent. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the cup of team was a nice touch.
The bed was really comfortable, wifi was good, and the breakfasts were tasty.

The front of house team were great and very helpful, especially when we had a few small issues. Our included breakfast was fantastic! Loads of choice, plenty of it and a nice environment to sit and eat, while looking out at the Dunedin hills. Very handy location to the centre of Dunedin (the Octagon) where there are lots of pub and relaxed style restaurants and cafes. Note that Dunedin is very hilly, so getting back to the hotel after dinner and a couple of wines can be difficult!
