The staff is excellent and the food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. Even a wine collection is found. We had a great time

Anda is still unspoilt by tourism. There are no kiosks selling cuddly toys or kiss me quick hats and to be honest, if that is what you expect from a holiday you should head to one of the popular destinations in the Mediterranean. If you want to see real life in the Philippines then Anda is probably one of the last remaining destinations. The signs of change are starting but it's still there now if you are quick.

TLDR: If you have food allergies, your food choices will be severely limited. Beach cleanliness needs work. Other points of interest will have trash laden everywhere as well.
Vegans will have a tough time in this area since access to this type of food is limited. Your main dish would likely be vegetarian pancit bihon/pancit canton.
Vegetarians will fair better.
The beach sand and view of the ocean is very nice, but trash is laden everywhere on the beach and needs more effort by the locals to keep the place clean. The trash mainly comes from the ocean where debris will wash ashore, but there are places where trash is left by local inhabitants. There are also no public restrooms on this beach or public trash cans maintained by the local government. Expect to carry your trash with you, if you are the environmentally conscious-type. You will also find significant ocean life on the beaches, so be very careful not to contaminate the environment with human-made products.
Other points of interest will have trash scattered everywhere, but this is common in the Philippines. However, you will find less here than the average.

If the goal is mainly to relax , Casa Amihan is an excellent choice, with wonderful staff, always willing to accommodate your requests.
It is quite in the middle of nowhere (2hrs drive from the airport) but it is still possible to organize some activities if you don't mind spending some time on commuting (we went swimming with the shark whales in Lila area).
I'll definitely recommend this place!

Anda is a beautiful area but you'll have to drive quite a ways from the airport in Panglao. Don't expect hordes of tourists but also don't expect a lot of facilities or restaurants either. The roads to get into some of the resorts are atrocious.

Anda is a beautiful place.
Anda is a beautiful place. However, one has to do their research on the their accommodation, location and other things that can affect their experience while in Anda. We dodged the bullet when we didnt choose the other resort.
You really need to actually READ the review of the accommodation you are eyeing for with a degree of reasonability, re: price commensurate to the location, quality, facility of the resort.
I like the place because its not the usual hotel which is all concrete. Here, you can feel the nature and that you are near at the beach. Their rooms are clean and well maintained. All staff are so accommodating. Thank you Ate Evangeline, Kuya Loreto and Shaun for assisting us throughout our stay. 😊 Also, the place is just 1min walk from the beach. BEST PLACE TO STAY IN ANDA. Really enjoyed our stay 😊
the location is just beatiful with a nice pool and a private Beach. Our room was really good, all rooms should have a nice sea view. The food was really good and you can choose from a long list of potential dishes. The diving center is part of the resort and was also really good.
But what we liked most was the people that worked there!! You really get the feeling to be part of a big nice family :-)
Great location in Anda in front of the beach.
All staff members are really nice, good atmosphere with everyone eating together for dinner. The food is really tasty, the chief can cook (and sing)!!
The bungalows are clean and nice.
They have scooters for rental and help you organise your transfer (location a bit remote).
They have an awesome diving center which we recommend.
We loved the setting, the peaceful and natural environment, the great view to the sea, the direct access to the sea either on the front or to the beautiful beach slightly to the side. The lish garden with beautiful trees and the great local food prepared in the restaurant. The sea there is very clean and it was worth the trip up to Anda
We stayed in the East Wing side of the hotel overlooking the ocean. Beautiful view from our bedroom and a few steps to the beach.
We're not far from Anda Food Park also about 3 minutes walk.
Friendly staff and the owner was also welcoming.
They have a Doberman dog which was friendly and good natured. Likes to hang out with us 😊
Who wants a quiet place in nature with the loveliest owners it is the right place. It has 3 rooms,we ocupied all of them. There is a table outside ,drinking water and a catle to make coffee or tea. To the centre of Anda it is about 5km. We had a car so it was not a problem to go there for dinner and beer.
great location near town, but still quiet and set in a nice open setting, great value for money as Anda is not really a budget destination. its tied up with the old castle resort in the town the diving is good value also I would stay again next time I am in Anda
the service as well as the kitchen is extremely good. They also cooked special dishes for the kids and they were very respectful and kind with them, even if sometimes our kids were loud.
From the hotel you can access directly to 2 nice beaches, with white sand.
Stefan and Rose were very nice. They have been quite helpful. The place is pretty clean and surrounded by coconut trees. It's also very peaceful. A very nice small beach is also nearby.
Clean, modern, good wifi, awesome friendly staff, good food, short walk to a quiet white sand beach or cave pool. It is a super cute place to chill in between adventures.
Staff- the BEST, even better than the 4 and 5 star hotels i've been to.
Pool- a bit small, but - Instagram worthy 😊-
Food- delicious, specially their beef Tapa.
the location was amazing on beach, the room was romantic and all were warm welcoming
the area around the property is nice along side with the white beach
