I have to thank Louis and Jessica for their kindness and the fantastic way they welcomed us.
Verónica was waiting for us when we arrived. She explained and showed us everything. She was very welcoming and friendly, and even mentioned the offer of two welcome drinks.
During our one-night stay, everyone was helpful and always made us feel at home.
The place is very welcoming, with a wonderful garden and a lovely pool.
You can bring your own food and cook, as this wonderful place has everything for guests to feel at home.
The bubble was super clean, as were all the other living areas.
We will definitely recommend it and come back one day!

or concerns about bookings and issues. They clearly donot review or contact customers when issues occur. . This review is testament to how much they themselves review feedback...then publish..it shouldn't be here. I hav serious issues with refunds and lack of acknowledgement of my attempted contacts. They are are a disgrace. If u have issues ...God help u.

The lady who was still busy cleaning when I arrived was very friendly and explained everything well. For my dog, the stay was pure paradise.

The staff were unbelievable. They felt incredibly warm and genuine, and went out of their way to help us. My friend has a gluten and lactose intolerance, and they not only provided warm gluten-free bread and oat milk, but also asked if we would be staying another night so they could have it ready and waiting for us the next day. Such a lovely considerate touch.
Special mention also to the lady on reception, who made us feel like family, after a long and tiring day.

Everything about this place is exceptional. From the first day we arrived, meeting with host, the warm welcoming, hospitality, how they dealt with all our requests promptly and efficiently, made us feel as we are in our own house as a part of a family. About the facilities, everything that we read about it before booking, we found even better upon our arrival there. Regarding the location, we were surrounded with the vineyards (the taste of the grapes is exceptional), orchards (sweet apples), swimming in the pool with incredible greenery around you, far enough but still close enough to Lisbon... We have only words of praise for everything we experienced in those 5 days being here.
