We were treated impeccably, with a warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb, plentiful and a variety beautifully presented and intuition about scrambled eggs for the English guest! The room was spacious, shower superb and welcome drinks in the mini-fridge,v welcome. The house itself is grand with interesting artwork. A large roof top terrace completes the experience. The property is amazing! What a lovely stay we had . Joseph and Sandra made us and our dog Skye feel so welcome… We used the lovely lounge with tjr open fire when it was cold and raining. Joseph couldn’t have done more . The breakfast was amazing and the scrambled eggs were delicious!!

Nice, spacious terrace and room with a kitchen outside; the TV is also of a good size and high up on the wall; and the staff are really kind. We forgot a pair of glasses and the owner promptly mailed it to us and refused to charge us for it. Great experience!

Very cool to stay the night in a castle this old, staff were very friendly and helpful. Alvito is a very small community and is very quiet. It was nice to experience this little community and get off the main tourist path for a while.
