I went during a very not busy night. I could enjoy the sunset on the balcony and i thought the showers were quite nice.

Very quiet and nice getaway from the bustle of Lisbon yet not far from the center. 15 minutes walk or the tram to the ferry station which takes you right to the downtown for just €1.5. (Operates late in the night as well)
Simao was absolutely amazing gave us a personal welcome and was always available.
The room is very clean and comfortable with a personal touch with paintings of Edgar. The bathroom is also very clean and nice.
In the common area you have coffee and fruits included in the price. The only thing I regret is that we didn’t spend more time there.

I don’t like anything about this property. I went there 11:00 pm but that time they ask for 100 euro diposite in bank , I had cash , I spent around 30 minutes to open door.. I don’t recommend anyone

The kitchen is clean with most utensils, the bathroom is fully equipped.
The beds in one room were comfortable, and in the second room, were hard.
I would rate as a solid 7 out of 10.
