The location was excellent.
our room overlooked the back of the hotel and the bus station but was very quiet.
We opted for a room wih no breakfast included but there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room
so it didn't matter.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Everywhere was SO clean.

The hotel in a very quiet location about 20/25 minutes from main centre slightly longer coming back as uphill. There is a couple of local bars and some restaurants withing a 10 minute walk.. The hotel has a beautiful garden area with a good size pool and plenty of loungers etc. Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful with a fairly good selection though it did not change from day to day. We had to leave before breakfast on departure day but the hotel provided a very nice takaway which was much appreciated. Staff super helpful.

Living space was big, kitchen had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked well when we were moved to a room with working AC. Lots of parking right outside. Good spot in the Marina, not too far a walk to the town.
