The rating is far too good at booking, in my bathroom it smelled of mould. The room was not particularly clean, not particularly dirty. The food in the restaurant was similar, it was not particularly good and not particularly bad.

Excellent location, easy access to the main points in Borsa: the ski slopes, hiking trails. The host is very nice and friendly. Travelled with a family member there and we had a very pleasant stay. We were sad when our holiday ended :) .

Prior to booking the room, I called to make sure someone would be there to do our check in.
The owner didn’t speak English but she passed me through to her son who could speak it very well. They guaranteed us that someone would be there to let us in.
The room was recently refurbished and was very nice with new furniture and bathroom.
The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was spacious and had all the necessary to cook food.
The accommodation was located alongside a very busy road, but we got a room that was on the other side, and when closing the door, we could barely hear any noise.
