Luxury standards are clearly what the hotel aims for and largely achieves. There's a little of the 'standard hotel' feel in the corridors sometimes but the artwork shows an attempt to beat that. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was huge with fantastic view towards the sea. Breakfast was generous and diverse, dinner options good.

Arriving was cold,AC was off, floor heaters off.was disappointing.many times in this 3 days we had problems with AC.We we’re reading later comments about stay from other people and seems that also previous guests have had the same problem. Also tv doesn’t show just normal Swedish news, there is not possible to put it.Owner said that someone took cable with them but now I read that also other guests before us had same problems….
Was possible to put YouTube and Netflix.Breakfast was nice ,no complaints.
Main bed was also super but not couch next to it,made lots of noise and seemed to be old.Annika was friendly and helpful, but because we read now other people comments and complaints are similar what we had then we don’t think we would stay there again.
Location is excellent, directly at the sea with nice and hidden spots for sunbathing and swimming. The hotel is very cosy and interesting due to the different art objects distributed over the different buildings. From the hotel it takes you 35min to the city center from Stockholm by bus which leaves every 20min til late night. There are many other nice bathing places close to the hotel in a typical Swedish landscape.
Breakfast was very good and rich. Dinner in the hotel was outstanding and served by very nice staff.
The location is great, it is a beautiful area to walk around, it is calm, clean, the rooms are comfortable. We liked that much, that we extended our stay one more night. To enjoy the hotel at it fullest, you need at least 3 or 4 nights.
Altough the breakfast is nothing special for a hotel in that category, the breads and pastries are outstanding. You notice it is homemade.
We staid in the beautifull suites (Happy & Lucky) in front of the sea. From the bed we enjoyed the magnificent view on the sea. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel offers many activities (kayak...). It is very well located, close to the sea but also close to Stockholm and even Tyresa national park. We will come back !
The room was quite spacious, with enough room for two people. The bed was big, soft, and comfy. The biggest selling point of the stay was of course the nature around the hotel - a lot of really nice areas. The breakfast was quite good as well, with vegetarian and vegan options.
Very good first impression already at the check-in, really friendly staff, providing good information.
Obviously the hotel location is first class, but what really was nice was the overall ambience created by the vintage interior, the blend of guests and the friendly staff.
The hotel was beautiful and the ambience , the staff where really friendly and helped with anything with a beautiful smile , loved the spa treatment and loved the restaurant , again the staff where really nice.
nice location and very friendly staff. value for money a bit questionable, on the other hand we appreciated the great hotel surrounding. breakfast was delicious, in particular the bread.
Breakfast was good but not great. Missed the opportunity to order omelets and special coffe etc. Dishes also run out quite often.
I liked the history and vicinity of the hotel.
