the property is bang on Khao San road, great location. room is surprisingly quiet considering it’s location. khoa San road is mental so if you want a quiet secluded stay don’t pick here. great for walking everywhere

It was small and friendly, easy key card access to room, small walk from the town & shops🛒 Breakfast was lovely 179THB each for hot breakfast options including a coffee or juice, hot or cold! This is a nice hotel in an interesting area and all of the staff we met was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet with an efficient air conditioning. Great location, vary easy to get there from Suvarnabhumi Airport (bus S1 = 60 baht). I like rooms in thai style with rampa and mattress. Its was my fifth time staying in this lovely place.
