To much garbage everywhere.
We traveled al ost entire Tunisia with motorcycle, all country is full of garbage.
If we add that all local sellers want to take you as much as possible for anything than we actually described all bad things.
Same is in Monastir...so if those two things are not problem for you you will have great time in Monastir and all arround Tunisia

A terrible experience for me and my family. very dirty rooms...
A terrible experience for me and my family. very dirty rooms (i requested room change twice), no A/C, no internet in room or even floor other than lobby (very poor signal in lobby), no tv remote all rooms and only 6 Tunisian channels, no iron, no parking inside hotel except for about 12 to 16 cars, phone present but doesn't work, no consistent hot water, broken faucet, clogged sink and Beth tub, broken door luck that can be opened even after locking without key, housekeeping ladies very unprofessional and seems being hired with absolutely no training, they refused to change towels until I showed my frustration to the receptionist, very loud DJ in the pool almost all day, dangerous play in the pool (water polo and volleyball for adults around very you kids), pool closes at 6 and beach long chairs are taken away at 6 pm. bedding reminds me of the boys scout beds and worse. The food was The Only thing good but very dirty kitchen and dinning area. I traveled from the US to this hotel and wasted my vacation, my money and my family happiness at this place. Think 10 times before you book. Sincerely. Samir B.
Our stay was wonderful. The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. The breakfast that Sarah serves in the morning was great probably the best food we had on our trip through Egypt and Tunisia. Each room had its own unique style and name we were in Elise the place is just beautiful and such a great value. And a big thanks to the Dar Benti for letting us leave with out being able to pay at check out and letting us wire a payment to them when we got back home to Idaho USA thank you so very much Scott
The area is nice, the pools are big, rooms also nice, view also nice, so much perfect place for children , also there is a smal fast foodl restaurant in the center of the area. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. The shopping center is still unfinished and they still prepare. There are 2 good restaurants (La scala) and (Tween Tower )and one small shop nearby. Otherwise, you have to walk to Monastir for about 15 minutes by car or taxi, because there is nothing around there.
We called Hamdi the manager, and he met us at the property and took us to the apartment. He actually gave us a choice. We chose a suite with kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, and a lovely living room overlooking the harbor. Hamdi also helped us arrange a trip to Kairouan, and came with us to translate. Cap Marina is a beautiful place, but not as touristy as Monastir center. Yet, it is clsoe to the train station, Ribat, and the Medina.
alot of activities ..alot of places ...
I was skeptisch about divided small houses .. but was another different experience compared to other hotels ...
The reception was a nice guy called Ahmad ..was friendly and Helpfully ..
The hammam and spa was really nice ...the girls had very nice experience...
The workers were so active to clean and make guests happy ...and in the restaurants were really fast compare to other hotels ....
We are not beach hotel let alone all inclusive kind of people but liked it here quite a bit. We stayed for three nights but only had breakfast here.
The hotel is fairly new and offers everything you need. The staff is super friendly and they even upgraded us to a better room. The rooms are spacious and decorated with an eye for detail. The breakfast offers a good variety of foods and the value for money is very high!
Excellent stay. Extremely well located apartment in the center of Monastir with access on foot to almost the whole city. The beach is within minutes of walking and so is the main market.
Super clean with all necessary amenities.
More impressive was the care, support, friendliness and availability of the hostess. She really made sure I felt at home and was very comfortable.
It was close to the center of the city, so you can get to any place within 5 minutes.
It has a vintage style in the ancient town (traditional, المدينة العربي ) of Monastir, so it is like a trip to the past.
Everything is close by and you get to experience the lifestyle of people there 🥰
Everything was very clean and modern. From the entrance it's a proud feeling knowing you got the best hotel in the area. The lobby is also beautiful.
We paid roughly £300 for a week which included breakfast and dinner which is exceptional value for this place!
Dar Benti is a guest house in the heart of the Medina of Monastir. It is really well-designed, it has spacious rooms and a pool. Staying there was really relaxing and giving the opportunity we would gladly return.
