Waiting 20 min for the bread and having a cold egg in the end, was not as expected. But the location was beautiful, at least we enjoyed the view whilst waiting for our never coming bread.
Surrounded by the beautiful countryside and wonderful beaches of the Bodrum Peninsula, Ipek Garden Palace Residence enjoys a peaceful location and great views of the Aegean Sea.

A really well appointed and large room, especially for the price. Overall a bit dated but there is a lovely pool and it has a villa-resort sort of feel, which is nice. Very close to the beach and the staff are very warm and welcoming. One staff member, who was working there for the summer break from his University studies, was especially helpful and even stayed up late to check us in at about 1am after we landed late.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a well situated place which is value for money. It's a good place for self catering family trips.

Better quality hotel than the Ramada in Kusadasi and Fortezza in Marmaris that we also stayed in.
