The Location of the Hotel is wonderful, feels like a small town away from the busy city buzz of Istanbul. Loved the location on the Black sea, with a wonderful view of the sun setting over the water. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection to choose from

I had a few issues with the room however the hotel team was very attentive and quickly provided solutions. Especially Dogukan Bey was very helpful to get these sorted out. In the morning, the reception was already giving me report on when and how things were going to be sorted and when I came back, all was fixed.

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy staying in this hotel. I have tried many hotels, but this is the worst 4-star hotel.
My advice is not to make guests feel like they are being fooled and that you are scammers who only want money. Istanbul is very beautiful city and its people are nice, but for a few of them, do not alienate tourists because of your bad behavior.

Staff was friendly. They lended me a usb-c charger for the night, printed out some documents for me, and let me borrow a pen. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. The extra water and small snacks was a nice bonus.
