We stayed here to be close to family living in the area and it was very convenient. The staff are lovely and very sweet with children. My toddler had an absolutely amazing time. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts.

the person in charge got extra money for check in despite the fact we stayed less than 10 hrs and the price mentione in the site . So rude and he was not flexible. We were stayin in level 4 with no lift.

The location was very good - reasonably close to the metro station and tram stop. Good transport links with the airport - direct connection by metro.
