The staff was okay, we really only interacted with one person though. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, although we did hear the opposite from other guests.

Room was extremely clean, Absolutely no noise, property is so peaceful to stay at, beds are so very comfy. Owners are so nice. I visit often and will only stay at this place.

The Comfort Inn near Great Smoky Mountain National Park is conveniently located just one mile from Wheels Through Time, All-American Transportation Museum.

The hotel was just outside the nearby town which meant we had to get in the car to go anywhere. But it did have excellent views of the mountains. It was reasonably clean and the decoration was good but it was fairly basic. I would recommend it for a quick overnight stop but nothing more.
