We did not have a free complimentary breakfast. It was $14.99 for buffet style breakfast. It was me and my 3 daughters. So, we did not eat at hotel. The pool was 30 minutes late for unlocking the door to let us in that morning. So my daughter were only able to swim for 30 minutes verses an hour. We had an appointment to get to. We did not have a blow dryer in the room. I had to go down again an ask for a hair dryer.

Beaumont was nice but the Days Inn needed some updating.
Beaumont was nice but the Days Inn needed some updating. It had broken picture frames, burned out light and Toiletries paper holder broken off of the wall. The doors had mold on the outside of some of them and the concrete needed cleaning everywhere. The railings and door and windows needed to be replaced due to the paint buildup and in my room you could hardly see out the windo it was so old but the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Lots of stores to shop & restaurants to eat, gas stations of your choice. Strangers were helpful & friendly. Lots of places to explore. Just put your GPS/Maps on & you are ready to go because I-10 is close to hotel. I love Golden Corral, Taco Bell, IHOP, etc.

I left Beaumont many years ago and each time I return, I'm always curious about progress, improvements, new developments and innovations.
I read that Beaumont hired a new city manager; even though I no longer reside in Beaumont TX, I still consider Beaumont TX home. "Home" is a very sacred and special place to me. A place of safety/security, comfort and peace; a place pleasing to the eye. Out of all the magnificent places I could be, at the end of the day, "There's no place like home".

It was nice to visit somewhere we haven’t ever been before.
It was nice to visit somewhere we haven’t ever been before. We didn’t do a lot of sightseeing. We were here for a concert but the band we came to see had to cancel. We ate at boomtown bbq. Friendly young men. We went to the mall in Beaumont and port Arthur.
I have been traveling to Beaumont every two weeks for months, I’ve jumped from place to place because I wouldn’t find a place with an affordable rate and it also be clean. This is an amazing place. So clean, and refreshing. Staff was amazing, and the bed are the best beds I’ve slept in. The water was hot, which doesn’t seem like much to ask for, but apparently it is. I was amazed with the full kitchen and space. Bathroom were amazing.
Clean room, no bugs! Has a stove top with 2 burners, fridge, and microwave. The cleaning services don't come through everyday and there is no staff available (at front desk, in person) past 9 pm; but there are machines on the premises for laundry and they will provide you with an iron and ironing board. Overall, I am happy to have come across the property 😊
Nice sized room. Easy checkin and check out process through the Hilton app. Relatively quiet hotel considering all of the construction in the surrounding area. Location in terms of proximity to the activities and restaurants was good. Decent amount of breakfast options. Good fitness center in comparison to others in the area.
Front desk customer service was great! Size of room was great! Everything worked in room. Cleanliness of room was good, sheets could’ve been better but I carry my own sheets for that very reason; everything else was perfect! Best stay at a hotel that I’ve had in a long time!
Great staff. This place is in the modern low-frill european-style traveler's hotel category. not fancy but a newer building with modern rooms and fixtures etc. good breakfast and great value overall. Two miles away is great public park with golf course and bird sanctuary.
The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. They helped me print things for work and got ice for my knee. The breakfast was excellent and the room is very comfortable and has everything you need for a longer stay.
The hotel was quite and clean. The breakfast was
great and the lady servicing the breakfast area was an exceptional host. I haven’t experienced someone being that kind in a hotel setting in a very long time.
Liked the hotel's access to the highway and that pets were allowed at the location. The front desk receptionist at check in & check out were both very polite, informative and helpful.
The room wasn't clean. I was switched to another room that was a bit better but not much. My mother is handicap and it was an inconvenience that they hotel couldn't accommodate her.
Location , cleaning I went to room for wedding Angela & Riqui and I took desition of sleep there and I feeling very happy because the hotel is very comfortable .
