Breakfast was great! Hot and cold options. Good coffee ☕️ comfortable beds.
Brawley is definitely not a vacation spot! Some friends of mine who lived and worked here for years called it the "armpit of America". Sometimes in the summer, because of the surrounding agriculture and its chemicals, it smells like it. It's way too hot to enjoy in the summer. If you stay awhile, the winter is your best bet. They have an excellent selection of fast food restaurants to choose from and a few decent regular restaurants. The shopping is lackluster. The entertainment is non-existent. It's a good stopover for a trip to Yuma, AZ (an hour away, with much cheaper gasoline than California) or a day trip across the border to Mexico for medical, dental (you're smart if you do) or tourism.

We came to Brawley because we wanted to do some geocaching in the area and Salton Sea area was on our list of things to see. Bombay Beach near Salton Sea was the most pleasant, unique and strange surprise of our trip. We want to bring our kids back to see it.
It's also a close to plenty of off-roading adventures so this is a good home base for some, although we did not bring our SxS for this trip.
Brawley itself has enough to sustain a weekend traveler. The Covid restrictions created a very limited dining experience but we knew that coming in and the town or hotel cannot be blamed for that. A full functioning supermarket, drive-through fast food, Starbucks and a Walmart got us through the weekend just fine.

Guest at Brawley Inn was Dennis LOTT, I was so grateful to be able to have my little Service dog with me at no extra charge. Thank you Brawley Inn for allowing me too have my dog with me. Thanks to the Front Desk lady who was so kind to me, she located a ground floor for my disabled brother and his Service dog for her Outstanding Personality by phone conversation and in person....God Bless Her.
As soon as we walked in we instantly noticed how small the beds were! Definitely not king! more like full. The wifi is non existent. The walls are like paper you can hear everything outside! Than there's a cat that keeps trying to get in the room kinda creepy! At least the water is very hot. They did come for room service in the morning too. Breakfast is a pastry not worth getting up for. Overall could be cheaper price for what you get not worth the $84 plus tax more like $40 plus tax. That would be more reasonable.
We have been faithful customers of Booking.com, for many years. This year we had at least 10 reservations with them in november for our yearly californian thanksgiving trip. Unfortunately we were bounced off for one reservation by the hotel, in Yucca Valley, without legitimate reason, and left one night out in the cold.
Booking.com has totally disregarded our complaint and proclaimed their irresponsibility. Consequently we shall no longer share our experiences at other facilities, as we gladly did in the past.
I came to town to visit my sister not knowing that her ac was not running and water was not available for our needs. I booked the room, twice, in no time, by mistake.. When we arrive at the Brawley Inn, the front desk associates was kind to cancel one of my reservations and I kept the most economic. His help was truly appreciated and made my visit most well deserved.
Thank you very much 😊
It was very convenient for a one night stop in Brawley,
The staff were extremely helpful because when we arrived the key card system had failed and they helped us get in our room whilst they sorted the problem. At the time it was +100F.
The Brawley Inn is most convenient for the events I attend in Brawley. It's clean, neat, the staff is helpful. It's also less than other hotels in the area.
