My point of contention with Knights Inn is that they refused...
My point of contention with Knights Inn is that they refused to credit my account when I informed them I would not be staying for a third night saying that I had to inform them 24 hours in advance.. He submitted an updated booking for $248.60, but until I see that my card is credited in the amount of #124.30, my comments stand. The revised booking has the confirmation number Confirmation number 3038351956. Please inform me when this matter has been attended to.Howard - 10Scored 10

I love the easy going attitudes of all the people there. Humphrey Petes was Delicious. Town is perfect. Wish there were more places to stay on the lake though. Runaway Train NEVER Disappoints. There cooked to order food is Delicious and there Hand Homemade Shakes....forgrt about it...to Die For Good !!!

I FELT LIKE BROWNWOOD WAS LIKE BEING HOME AGAIN. THE ATMOSPHERE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND UPLIFTING. THEY HAVE A LOT OF RESTAURANTS AND THE MOST FAMOUS IS " UNDERWOODS " LOVED THE FOOD GOOD HOMECOOKING. WILL GO AGAIN. HUMPHREY PETES ALSO HAS GREAT BRISKET. CAN'T WAIT TO COME AGAIN AND VISIT.

Pet hair and dog food left from a previous guest. TV didn’t work but it did get fixed. No maid service even though I spoke directly to supervisor and asked for towels, coffee, coffee cups. Later that night another staff said they didn’t clean room bc Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. Not true. Way overpriced for the poor quality. There is a new hotel in town we will stay at next time.
