Wonderful staff. Hiram let us check in early after long flight and travels (and check out late). We had the pool to ourselves. There is also a creek through the property and paddle boats. Very relaxing.

Love the peace and quiet, 🌳 trees, streams, deers 🦌 etc... The Cabin however needs an upgrade in all furniture, facets paintes etc..most everything here is Rusted ,peeling off the wall or dirty furniture...Roofs from outside too are breaking apart and looks extremely RUN DOWN!! If this place was truly fixed up and Maintained, it would be really beautiful 😍..

Loooooved it! Would definitely go back.
Loooooved it! Would definitely go back. I am not a hiker but I grew up camping in the woods and love nature. Some areas are a little more of an incline then others so pick and choose who you bring wisely (dogs included)! Very open range of where you can go. Not strict, aside from recommending you stay on the pathways - which is expected. We went April 22nd-24th and it was perfect with the weather and lack of crowds. The giftshop is big and nice too. Definitely recommend checking this place out for nature lovers. The waterfalls are amazing. Some on the smaller side, but still special. The pathways and steps throughout the trails really help.

It is a beautiful spot and we visited on a week day so it was not too crowded and tickets cost less than on a weekend. The park is well maintained and the trails are well marked, indicating the level of difficulty required to cover the entire length of each one.
We walked the main green trail - just a short 15-20 minutes with wonderful views of the main falls - and then covered a good portion of the yellow trail without too many steps. It was right after the northeaster that hit the area on the Tuesday, so the trails were wet and muddy, but we took our time and were safe. I believe you would need to be a seasoned hiker to cover the more adventurous trails, ie the blue and red trails, as a lot of climbing is required.

Bush kill is beautiful.
Bush kill is beautiful. I love nature and where we stayed we were in the middle of nature. We saw deer and hiked the Dingman Falls. It was beautiful. It is worth the trip, it only took us 3 hours to get to Bushkill and we had teenagers in the car. Go to Bushkill and check it out.

A wonderful family vacation with great nature trails 2 enjoy it was great 2 get kids away from there electronics & out in to some beautiful nature theres alot to do unfortunately with covid-19 there where a few limits but still great time
We loved the location - off the beaten path and very rustic and private. As Covid restrictions are still in place this property was perfect for our brief get a way to visit Bushkill Falls. The Falls are just a few minutes away. The accommodations were as indicated in prior reviews, so we were totally aware that it is need of repairs, and were not disappointed. The location was great. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Perfect location to Delaware Water Gap, Bushkill and Dingmans Falls. The game room was awesome! Me and my girls stayed up late each night playing Scrabble, PacMan, Air Hockey and fuseball! Though wifi and Roku through the house it was great connecting without! We didn't use any of the many amenities but the grounds were wonderful and staff on site were great. The owner was very attentive and helpful.
The house was very clean. It was located in a quiet wooded area. It was very peaceful. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. This was our first vacation away from home in over a year and half. Staying here was a great way to start. I also liked that it was very close to the main reason we came here and that was to see Bushkill Falls.
it was in a great spot the staff member I spoke to extremely friendly and professional. Any question asked was answered. Lots of things to do in the house with my family. Especially when in need of a break from NYC living. Will definitely book again
