This is a basic quiet hotel . Except for the highway and that isn't bad. No rowdy rude guests while I was there. Clean rooms and nice owners. The best thing is it's not in Lafayette

The breakfast was included in the rate, but there was NO BREAKFAST AT ALL... they simply forgot to indicate it in the reservation (where it appear as included.. ) Room are old, dirty and falling apart.
