It's a small town don't expect a lot of night life. We stayed at Butch Cassidy's. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not stay for long as it was booked short notice when our trip was extended, but they were very accommodating in short notice booking. Small Cafe next door, we only had breakfast, but the food was Awesome.

Circleville is a tiny town between Junction and Cedar Breaks Ntl Monument. It was a great, back highway, stop in between St. George and Park City for me. It is surrounded by small mountains. The town hosts one small market, a cafe and a gas station. Junction, 10 miles away offers more in terms of restaurants and C-stores. Panguitch offers many, many more offerings but is about 21 miles away. This is a great option for ATV's on the Piute Trail. It is 1.5 hours from Capitol Reef and about 25 miles to Bryce Canyon. Cedar Breaks is about 40 minutes if memory serves me correctly.

All of the people and the hospitality was truly wonderful. It was a true pressure to visit with the restaurants in the area. The town closes up early so make plans for supper or you may fine yourself eating crackers. Small town feel and a loving community.

Small town -that's what I like -there's fuel near the Circleville Cafe, which has excellent food and service. Don't go expecting modern and whatever it is they apparently give you on the freeway - but here you might find a little slice of nice, kindness, and some friendly people who are happy to help you out - or leave you to go on with whatever you came to do. Local fly fishing was not bad - and this is a unique place - especially Otter Creek Reservoir, the Sevier River, and kind and helpful people. Make me miss my home town.
