Top tip: on check in if offered the top floor take it; the views over the ocean are stupendous. Lower floors are ok though. The view is the best part but the room was large with a usable balcony

The view is great, friendly staff, clean, comfortable. We did not see any whales, not even on a whale tour so that might be a trick to lure tourists. But we saw seals and others in the harbor.

Depoe Bay is one of my favorite places to visit.
Depoe Bay is one of my favorite places to visit. Love the town, excursion options, museum, restaurants, stores. I spread my dad's ashes on the ocean there - as it was also his favorite place - using a service located in the harbor. Have a memorial plaque on the wall in town. Also like the access to other options in the the area, Newport, lighthouses, Nye area.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10
It was fun.
It was fun. Lots of shops & restaurants to chose from or see. You can whale watch in the town or sign up for a boat trip. We always eat at The Sticks (Fish & Chips) when we go to Depoe Bay. Small place right in the middle of the shops but excellent fish & chips & really good price. There are other good seafood restaurants there as well. Traffic does get busy later in the day but there's additional public parking on the side streets. Lincoln City & Newport are both close to Depoe Bay. Depoe Bay is located between the 2 towns. Lots to see in both of those towns too plus a casino in Lincoln City. Fun to go here!JanealUnited States - 10Scored 10
Honestly, everything was amazing as always.
Honestly, everything was amazing as always. The guests were a little rowdy next to us. But that's not really the hotel's issue. I've been there for other times and never had a problem. So overall. I will be coming back here again next time.

Depo bay is right on the ocean. It has great little shops to browse .Depoe bay has lots of on street parking .You can go fishing and whale watching and come back and have a nice dinner in one of the restaurants.Colleen - 10Scored 10

Depoe Bay is an amazing little town - great view of the ocean and just watching the whales in the bay is mesmerizing! If you get a chance, go on a fishing trip or whale watching with Dockside Charters - they are great people to work with! Had a good meal at The Sea Hag with friendly wait staff, and picked up some caramel corn at a little shop just across from the bay. Look forward to my return trip next year!Nickell

The location in Depoe Bay is a good one, halfway between Newport and Lincoln City. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and both bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room table was a good size. This place is definitely a good value compared with prices for similar units. The hotel is located close to a grocery store and a few restaurants. The room had a microwave and a small fridge together with a coffee machine but no utensils. We didn't try the pool. There is an easy access to the beach, and at the reception you can find the tides schedule for the season.

Jeff was super nice and helpful -- advised us that there were walking trails along the coast just 2 blocks up the road from the Inn, which were magnificent!

The views are even better in person and it’s in a great spot if you like shopping in Depoe Bay without the stress of finding parking. Fairly kid friendly, but there are lots of stairs that are completely open. We will definitely stay here again.
