Breakfast selections were good, especially liked the service from Sylvia (I believe that was here name).

    I went for a women's conference at Oak Cliff Bible...

    I went for a women's conference at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, so I didn't explore a whole lot, but there were plenty of restaurant choices and lots of shopping in the area. It is a nice little city or suburb of Dallas.

    The hotel was so big and empty, maybe in its prime it was very nice but not now. I would not book again at this hotel nor would I recommend. I had to go downstairs for bedding for the sofa sleeper, none was offered at the time of check-in.

    The Employee needs to have more considers of their patrons and clean their rooms, especially , since they worried about coronavirus and covid-19, cleaning and sanitizing daily would help reducing the virus.

    This hotel is in a convenient location next to restaurants...

    This hotel is in a convenient location next to restaurants and other retail stores. Our room was very pleasant except for the previous room that I was in to where I was bitten by a bed bug. The room that I was moved to was very clean but the only downside was that our room would not stay cold and throughout the night the AC would turn off making the room very warm. Also the locks on the bedroom and bathrooms door could use updating because they did not work. Everything else in our room was great and the beds were comfortable, all except the pull out couches which was uncomfortable and the thin matress was dirty. I would definitely recommend not sleeping on the pullout couches. Although the rooms are definitely not as big as they look on the internet they are still very nice. Some of the other guest had the hallways reeking from the smell of weed. Not so good for those who have kids having to smell that. If those few adjustments are made, it would make this hotel very nice.

    Desoto is a ok city the commute to everything is a bit weird...

    Desoto is a ok city the commute to everything is a bit weird it's like if you don't know exactly where the place is you have to go all the way around and do it again that's the down side but the upside is it's alot of different restaurants as well as a movie theatre etc to enjoy

    I use to live here.

    I use to live here. Desoto is only 12 minutes from downtown Dallas. Desoto has the best access to I-20 and I-35, allowing quick travels anywhere in South Dallas County. Desoto many restaurants that are affordable and delicious. The people here are very friendly and are glad to welcome all visitors.

    As soon as I walked in I could smell The pine saw It was so clean smell so wonderful very very clean the staff was excellent I forgot to get her name but she was at 2 to 11 PM she was amazing It was the lady who checked me in, she made me feel so comfortable I've NEVER been to a hotel that I felt like at home.

    First walking in the hotel, you could smell,as well as see the cleanliness of it. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and with me, customer service is a Must!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that I know. I will be returning at some point in time.

    The location was fine as it was surrounded by fast food places. The bed was very comfortable to stay in and the bathroom area was clean. I liked how they had basic cable in the room for us to enjoy our stay. The hotel was very quite which we also enjoyed.

    Oh the rooms were nice and spacious. They were clean. The pool was clean. The staff was so friendly. Ms. Tami I believe her name was so hospitable. It was good to have friendly people greet and help us. I will definitely use this hotel again

    The gentleman was rude checking us in .... And we got to the room and the toilet was overwhelmed with fecis.. The smell gaged my wife .. We are still feel poor from that smell. We got another room at Laquinta Inn. Was a good experience!

    the location, the rooms, the amenities were all as advertised. It was central to where we needed to be in Desoto and the communication with the hosts went well. Nice quiet suburban retreat for a group needing lodging in the area.

    Comforts suites Desoto Dallas, completely shocked me, the hotel was so clean and morden, I couldn't fault this hotel at all. Check in was seemless and easy. Well located. Wifi was so solid. Breakfast was freaking good 👍.
